Terms of use

These terms describe how you may use RaceWise. They apply to the public website and the member application. Last updated: September 2026.

1. Who we are RaceWise provides greyhound racing analysis tools and related software. RaceWise is not a bookmaker and does not accept or settle bets. Bets placed via your Betfair account.

2. Eligibility You must be 18 or over to use RaceWise. By creating an account or continuing on our site you confirm that you meet this requirement. Please gamble responsibly. Support is available at BeGambleAware.org.

3. The service RaceWise may display live market information, form, analysis outputs, and history through your membership. Features available to you depend on your membership tier. We may change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service with reasonable notice where practicable.

4. Accounts and security You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity under your account. If you connect a Betfair session in the product, those credentials remain in your session as described in Settings — do not share them.

5. Optional automated orders

RaceWise includes an optional automated-order feature (sometimes called auto-order or auto-lay). It is off by default. It only runs if you turn it on in Settings and configure the rules yourself.

When the feature is on, any orders it places go through your own Betfair account and settle there under Betfair’s terms. You are responsible for every order placed under your rules, and for monitoring the feature and switching it off.

RaceWise is not a bookmaker and does not guarantee that orders are placed, matched, or placed at any particular price. Connectivity issues, exchange limits or failures, or market suspensions can prevent an order from being placed or matched. You can switch the feature off at any time in Settings.

6. Acceptable use You must not misuse the service, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with other users, or use RaceWise for unlawful purposes. Analysis outputs are informational tools; they are not guarantees of results.

7. Membership and billing Paid day passes and subscriptions are billed via our payment provider as shown at checkout. Access to racing tools ends when a paid plan expires or is cancelled, subject to the plan terms shown in the app.

8. Liability RaceWise is provided on an “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by UK law, we are not liable for betting losses, decisions you make using the tools, or interruptions caused by third-party exchanges, data feeds, or networks. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

9. Changes We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Material changes will be highlighted on this page where practical.
